My Universal VoxBox from Influenster!

A few days ago, I was sent a Universal VoxBox from the company Influenster. If you are unfamiliar with Influenster, it is an online community where you have the option to complete multiple surverys based on your demographics and shopping habits. Upon doing so, you have the chance to qualify for a number of "VoxBoxes" that they can send to you in the mail, to test out products and in exchange as you for your reviews and also for recommendations if you enjoyed the product. Below is my honest opinion on all of the products I received.

Broadway Nails Impress Stick on Manicure: ($5.99 for colors/$7.99 for patterns) I haven't tried these out yet, but I have a horrible habit of biting my nails, and I'm desperately hoping these will last the full week like they claim to! I do really like the color, it is perfect for Spring! They also look very easy to apply. No glue needed, just press on and you are done. NYC Expert Last Lip Color  in "Forever Fuschia": ($1.99) 
My first impression of this lipstick was, "Wow this is BRIGHT, I'm not sure I will be able to pull this off! However, when I applied it, it surprising went very well with my fair skin tone. The application was SO smooth and my lips felt very hydrated. The color was very pigmented which was a plus for me. The packaged stated "color lasts up to 6 hours." I had it on for a good 4 hours and after that it was just barely on my lips. The color was still there but if I was getting ready to go out, I probably would have had to re-apply it. It's safe to say, for $1.99 you really can't go wrong with this lipstick!

 

Playtex Sport Fresh Balance Tampons: $3.99-$4.99 
These I have yet to try, but I will say they are appealing to me. They do have a pleasantly fresh scent and the applications appear to be smooth and non-irritating. I'm excited to try these out when needed! 

Pilot Pure White Acroball Pen: $4.59 per 3-pack/$6.24 per 4-pack/$7.49 per 5-pack I really like my Pilot Pure White Acroball Pen! I found that it was very precise and smooth while using it and even tried the "smudge test." It passed with flying colors. There is nothing more irritating for me when I'm using a pen and it smudges all over my paper AND on my hand. Glad I don't have to worry about that with this one. I received a $1.50 off coupon for a multi-pack of these. Definitely can see my self using it!

Rimmel London Stay Matte Liquid Mousse Foundation: $4.99-$5.49 This was probably the item I was most excited about when I received my VoxBox! I have been thinking about purchasing this product for a few months now and was skeptical because I didn't want to spend the money on another foundation that didn't work well with my skin. I really enjoyed the "mousse-like" consistency of this foundation! It feels like a dream when you apply it to your skin. It also was a very good match for my skin tone, which was surprising because I usually have a hard time finding my perfect match with foundations! The only thing I didn't like about it, was the "light-weight" claim they made on the packaging. It honestly didn't feel all that lightweight in my opinion. The foundation I was using before I tried this is actually more lightweight that this one. The Rimmel one wasn't "heavy" but I wouldn't say it was "feather-light" either. Overall, it is a good product, and I would still recommend it to a friend, especially if that friend has oily skin like me!

Red Rose REAL TEA Liquid Water Enhancer: $4.49
I have NO complaints about this one! I have never seen a water enhancer before that tastes like tea until now! I received the flavor "Blackcurrant Raspberry" and it is delicious. Just squeeze it in your water bottle if you want iced tea, or if you like a cup of hot tea, just squeeze it into your cup of hot water and Voila! you have instant fresh brewed tea in a flash! The flavor was nice, because it wasn't overly sweet like some tea flavorings. I would honestly recommend this to ANYONE who likes tea! I also received a $1.00 off coupon for a future purchase. Woot!
